Background: Old Redfield Road is a two-lane blacktop highway that runs thru a rural, forested area between Sheridan and Redfield, Arkansas.
Claims: Reports of everything and anything, from ghosts wandering the road, apparitions in the nearby Jackson cemetery, flashlights and radios going dead with no explanation while in the actual cemetery. An actual experience with a family occurred when driving down the road and the hood of the car flew open for no apparent reason, other than passing the 'haunted' cemetery. Upon arriving home, they found nothing wrong with the car that would have caused the hood to unlatch.
UPROAR Investigated: Brief
Our take: We spent about a half hour investigating the cemetery. When you step inside, anyone sensitive to the paranormal will immediately notice a change in the way things feel. We were immediately drawn to the older section of the cemetery and our medium was picking up on a spirit named 'Robert'. We had several interactive responses on the spirit box.
As for the claims of things happening along the road - we cannot verify any of those, but it could certainly be something coming from the cemetery.
We are hoping to do a full nighttime investigation here at a future date.
