Most people think cattle mutilations primarily happen in the western United States - and that is generally correct. However, there have been numerous cases of cattle mutilations that have happened in Arkansas as well.
A cattle mutilation is the killing and mutilation of cattle (or other farm animals) under unusual, usually bloodless circumstances. Quite often an ear, eyeball, jaw flesh, tongue, lymph nodes, genitals and rectum are removed with surgical precision.
Most scientists blame the mutilation on wild animals, but the lack of blood and surgical precision of wounds typically do not match the wounds left by natural predators. Typically scavengers and predators will not touch the body of a mutilated animal after it has been found, further deepening the mystery.
Aliens, satanic cults, secret government agencies, and cryptid predators have all been offered up as suggestions to explain the mutilations - but there seems to be no definitive answer. It is truly a mystery of epic proportions.
We have no active cases to show at this time.
