Background: 3225 JFK Blvd is an old residential property located in the Park Hill Historical District of North Little Rock. It has been used as a commercial business for many years, and Dan and Robyn Koch operated a retail business at this location for a few years in the early 2000's.
Claims: We have direct, first-hand experience with this property after operating a business out of there for a few years. There is a spirit here that we call 'Emily' and it seems to stay primarily in the upstairs. Footsteps can be heard frequently in the upstairs, electronics frequently malfunction, cold spots can be felt, and a shadow figure has been seen at the top of the stairway. At one point, some remodeling was being done in the upstairs and the activity picked up considerably, and some poltergeist activity was observed.
