When we conduct paranormal investigations, we focus primarily on the collection of scientific, video, and audio data. We have a spiritual medium and several investigators that are sensitive to the paranormal, but simply "feeling" like a place is haunted doesn't constitute a proper investigation for us.
We come into all of our investigations and try to look at every claim through a skeptical lens. We try to consider all rational possibilities for what has been observed, and try to debunk every phenomena. Once we eliminate the possibility that an observed phenomena could have a rational explanation, then we consider the paranormal.
Furthermore, we go to great lengths to avoid antagonizing any potential spirits (or Bigfoot, depending on what kind of investigation we are conduting). Many popular ghost-hunting TV programs frequently show the investigators trying to provoke or antagonize spirits into communicating. We disagree with this methodology and do not employ it.
